Apply for your personalised card

Quickly and conveniently. And collect the card without long waiting times.

Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana is launching a new service thanks to which a personalised card can be applied for through this website and collected from the Customer Service Point located at Luceros station. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Download the form in editable PDF format which can be found in this link , complete and save onto your computer.

2. Send an email to punt_luceros@gva.es with the following documents:

  • The completed form.
  • A photo of your national identity (DNA) card (front view, white background, no sunglasses or mask etc.), in JPG format and with a maximum size of 100 KB.
  • Your identity document (national identity (DNI) card, Foreigner’s Identification (NIE) number or Passport) on both sides.
  • The supporting document which entitles you to be the holder of the requested personalised card.

IMPORTANT: Do not send a cloud storage link that, for security reasons, we cannot access. Please send an email with the attachments in the email itself. We remind you that the formats you must use are the following:

  • Photography: .jpg
  • Identity document and other documents: .PDF, .jpg or .png

Bono 10 JOVE Only an identity document is required
Pensioner    You must present the documentation from the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), Passive or Military Classes (ISFAS or MUFACE), along with the original ID, passport or valid driving license.
Gent Major (Seniors) Only an identity document is required
Mobilitat (Mobility) Disability card issued by the competent body
Large family Large family card issued by the competent body
Single-parent Family Single-parent family card issued by the competent body

 3.  All document will be checked upon receipt of your email. If there are any deficiencies (missing document, the photograph is not of sufficient resolution etc.), a reply will be sent to your email advising that the documentation must be provided again.

4.      If all the documentation is correct, the card will be prepared and an email sent to you advising as to when your card can be collected from the Luceros Customer Point .
